A day in the life of Lissette

My cousin Yamel challenged us to document our day through photos and I did. It was fun to do this project. I feel so thankful for everyday now more than ever. When I wake up, I thank God for a new day. I love being a stay at home MOM. It allows me to be active in Austin's school and I still do my side jobs that I really enjoy. The housework is never ending, but I am even thankful for that. Life is precious to me!! Enjoy! Tell me what you think.

I wake up everyday and read my Bible first thing. It's short, but powerful

I make the lunches for Ruben and Austin

I serve the boys their breakfast

I make the bed(yes! everyday)

I make my healthy fruit shake to hopefully maintain myself healthy

I empty the dishwasher to wash the dishes

dishes are washed

I set out the clothes for Adam

I fold the blanket so that Austin can make his own bed

I set out Austin's clothes

We get in the truck to leave the house by 7:30. I like to get to school early to see my friends and talk before it starts at 8 a.m

We go to Justin's house to pick him up

I stay in school from 8 to 8:30 in the playground with Adam and his friends on most days

On this particular day I went to Grandma's house to clean out some very old paperwork she had. This is the bag with all the trash

Tia Linette came over on this particular day that I was at Grandma's and we all went to see Grandpa

This is our dear grandpa

We put all these photos in his room so that he can see us anytime

Adam was eating a snack after we got home from school

On this day, since I went to grandma's, she gave me food so I did not have to make dinner

I tell Austin to practice his piano

I help Adam pick up his toys throughout the day

I have to do laundry throughout the day

I shredded more of the papers I took out from grandma's house

At the end of the day, I watch my home decorating shows and then I go to bed at about 11 p.m.

My goodness that's a busy day! Lots of house work indeed. Your CHOMP was great, Lissette! It was especially a nice treat to see our granddad, and I thought the picture poster is a wonderful idea for him to enjoy. I'm glad you participated in this project as I really enjoyed it. Lots of love and hugs for all!
