Hair today, gone tomorrow!

I donated my hair today to Locks of Love. They took away 10 inches to help a child who either has cancer or alopecia. They make hair pieces with donated hair.

It has been a year since.......

It has been a year since I started working at LCCC. What a blessing it has been for me! I have enjoyed it so much! Thank you Lord for a good year!

Something funny happened....

I woke up this a.m to the usual time of 5. As I opened my eyes, I looked at the VCR straight across from me and noticed 4. I woke up enough to walk around the house and look at all the other clocks to find out that it was indeed only 4 a.m. We must have changed the clock in our room somehow. So, I went back to bed for another hour and woke up again at the right time of 5 a.m.

Are you going home tomorrow Taya?

This is the question that Evanni asked my Mom last night. My Mom tearfully said "yes". It's hard to live far from your loved ones, but for now, it has to be this way. Thankfully, they are happy and love their Churches. Mom and Dad had a great time in Hawaii. They went for the Pastor's meetings for the Pacific Union. Now they are back home safely and ready to begin their work again.
