The sidewalks are DONE!
I am thrilled that the sidewalks are all done. The company did such a great job and everything looks good. It seems like a dream for me because I really did not think that it might happen. Thanks to Steve Adams(our area Councilman) for allowing these sidewalks to happen.

Praise be to God!
After many years of hard work, Tracy was organized into a Church on Sabbath, Aug 16. Praise be to God! My Dad and the new Pastor are holding the plaque. My Dad worked in Tracy for 8 years. It was such a joy to see this event happen on Sabbath. He has now moved on to another Church, but this was a beautiful ending to his work there.

While on our vacation last week, we test drove the Mini. Needless to say, Ruben LOVED it. It had so much power! Now, we need to save up for it! This picture was taken by our friend Leo. Thanks Leo.

Planter progress
We are learning as we go. This area gets a lot of sun almost the whole day so the plants have to be totally for sun. We planted some that are not and two are not doing too well. The good thing is that we can return it. The Vincas have done super well(they are for full sun) so they have definitely grown since we bought them. I love looking at the pretty colors.
Gutter is out!
The water would always get stuck in the gutter because the cement was so bad. They took it all out and today they poured a new one. More photos to come later after the workers leave.

I am sooooo happy!!
I know, I know, interesting things make me happy like in this case. The sidewalks are coming very soon to my area!! Yeah!! About a year a go I wrote to my local Councilman and after several emails back and forth from his office, the sidewalk project is finally happening. All of this happened today and it's so cool to see. I will post the photos of the new sidewalk hopefully by the end of this week.

We spent a beautiful day together on Sabbath! What a blessing family is. Thank you Lord!

How fortunate I was to be thrown into the water with clothes and all. Really! It was fun! It felt good! Next time, I won't forget to bring my swim suit.
